Tribal Member Access: When a tribal nation enters into a service contract with Apex Equity, all enrolled tribal members receive complimentary accounts with full access to all services at no individual cost. There are no premium packages or additional fees for tribal members.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
Tribal Service Contracts: Tribal nations enter into service agreements with Apex Equity that provide all enrolled tribal members with complimentary access to the portal and all services. Contract terms are negotiated directly with tribal leadership.
No Individual Billing: Tribal members do not receive individual bills or subscription fees. All services are provided at no cost to individual tribal members under their tribe's service agreement.
Tribal Refund Policy: A tribal nation may request a full refund within 7 days of the contract signed date. Refund requests must be submitted by an authorized tribal representative.
Contract Modifications: We reserve the right to modify contract terms with reasonable notice to tribal leadership. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Our Content: All content on the Apex Equity website and platforms, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of Apex Equity, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
